You recognize that there are certain inherent risks associated with Irish dancing and the process of instruction in Irish dance, and you assume full responsibility for personal injury to yourself, your children, any other members of your family, or any other persons who are under your supervision or guardianship.  You further release and discharge Tiernan Irish Dancers, our subsidiaries, affiliates, and all of our respective officers, agents, partners, employees and volunteers, for any injury, loss or damage arising out of the use of or presence upon the facilities of Tiernan Irish Dancers by you, your children, any other members of your family, or any other persons who are under your supervision or guardianship, whether caused by the fault of yourself, your children, any other members of your family, or any other persons who are under your supervision or guardianship, Tiernan Irish Dancers, our subsidiaries, affiliates, any of our respective officers, agents, partners, employees or volunteers.
