Website and School Application
for new customer

If you already have an account with us, login and the Returning Customer form will prefill your existing profile information.
You can edit all of your account info on that form except username. If you submit this New Customer form with a username and/or email address already on file with us, you will get an error saying one or both already exist. If you want to register a new username, please notify us to delete your old account so that we won’t have multiples of you in our system.

If it seems you aren’t receiving our system emails, please check your spam folder. Some email services, such as Microsoft’s hotmail and outlook are filtering our emails by default. You can prevent this in the future by whitelisting noreply@tiernanmontana.com

The form at the bottom of this page combines website account application for access to our Parent Portal content and student application for our school.
The Parent Portal is a free service for active account holders, and will include such things as a Classified Ads section for dance related items.

Username

Usernames are required and they cannot be changed later. A username that violates our Terms of Use (section 4. User Registration and section 7. User Generated Contributions) will result in your application being declined and deleted, and you will have to submit a new one with an appropriate username.
If you make a mistake, such as a typo, when entering your username, you will have to submit a new application (or simply live with the error), so please proofread carefully.
Please keep all of the above in mind when choosing your username.

Parental Obligation to Monitor Studio Lobby
To ensure the safety of our dancers and assist our teachers while they are occupied in the studio, each dancer’s parent(s) should periodically monitor the lobby.

Declined Applications
Your application may be declined if you have an outstanding balance with us. In this case, your application will be placed on hold, it won’t be deleted right away, giving you a chance to pay – you won’t need to fill it out again, and it can be approved once you have a zero balance. We may also decline your application for other reasons, in our sole discretion.

Dancer Order for Tuition Checkout
We only charge for the two highest level dancers in a family. There’s no charge for additional dancers in the family. Our form sorts dancers according to class level, and only the two highest will appear in your checkout. The payment schedule(s) applied will be of those two highest level dancers. The classes in the dropdown selector are in order from lowest to highest level.
In the case of multiple dancers in the same class, lower numbered dancer sections are given priority.

Note: Variants of a given class (different time slots) are considered the same class level – e.g., Cork/Derry #1 and Cork/Derry #2 are the same class and will not overwrite each other, so the dancer you put on the form earliest (lowest numbered section) will be the one whose payment schedule will apply at checkout.

This is how you select not only the class, but also your preferred payment schedule.

For example:
You have 3 dancers and fill out the sections thusly:
Dancer 1 = Cork/Derry #1 – whole year schedule option
Dancer 2 = Cork/Derry #2 – quarterly option
Dancer 3 = Limerick/Sligo – quarterly option

Since Limerick is higher level than Cork, Dancer 3 goes to the top slot in the tuition order at checkout. Dancer 1 is moved to the second slot, rather than being replaced by Dancer 3. Dancer 2 is bumped from checkout. Hence, your tuition order in the above example would consist of Dancer 3 and Dancer 1 (Cork/Derry #1, whole year option). Had you preferred to pay quarterly for the Cork dancer, you would fill out Dancer 1 section with Cork/Derry #2, quarterly. If you had selected the same payment schedule for both Cork dancers, Dancer 1 (Cork/Derry #1) would still be the one in checkout, because that section is the lower numbered one and same classes don’t overwrite each other.
If you have 3 or more dancers with all different classes, the highest 2 class levels will be in your checkout, regardless of section numbers or payment schedule selection.

Form Errors
It may not be a total loss. If you make a mistake and don’t realize it until after you have submitted the form, Contact Us and we will either fix it for you or request that you submit a new application.

Please promptly review the confirmation email our system sends to you and inform us of errors before we approve your application. Do not submit a second application unless we ask you to!

Pricing and Payment
Our annual Administration Fee is used for school operations:

$25 per River dancer (These dancers attend once per week)
$50 per Cork/Derry dancer (These dancers attend once per week)
$75 per Donegal/Galway, Kerry/Kilkenny, Limerick/Sligo, Waterford/Wexford/Wicklow/Province dancer (These dancers attend twice per week)
$100 per Championship dancer (These dancers attend three times per week)

Online payment for this fee is not available. We accept only personal checks and/or cash for this fee.

You will receive instructions on how to pay the administration fee and tuition after your Website and School Application has been approved. Do not pay before your application has been approved, to avoid potential refund situations.

Signature
You may use either the signature field to draw a new signature or the file browser button to attach an existing signature image.

Contract
Once approved, your application becomes a legally binding contract between you, the Signee, and Tiernan Irish Dancers. By signing our form, you agree to the terms found on our Site, including our Terms of Use, Privacy Policy, Release of Liability, Dancer Image Publication Policy, and Tuition Policy & Procedure.
